Install Entryware Designer, Data Manager, or Dataport Software

If you downloaded the software from a website, double click the installation file “EntrywareDesignerNNN.exe” (“NNN” is the current version number). 

Note:     the file name may be different depending on the application.

The Installshield installation process will begin.  Follow the on-screen instructions. 

When prompted, enter the license number provided to you by Techneos or an authorized distributor. Use the number for the Designer, Data Manager, or Dataport software, not the one for the Entryware Mobile software.

Note:     Be sure to use unique license numbers for the Entryware software on each PC to prevent data corruption or loss, and to enable tracking of data origin.
You are legally required to have a different license number for each PC on which the software is installed.

When installation is complete, start the Designer, Data Manger, or Dataport application.
