Techneos is proud to partner with the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) at their 2009 Annual CES Conference, May 31 to June 3, in Ottawa, Ontario.

The CES is making an effort to green their conference by encouraging lower-impact forms of travel and attendee purchase of carbo offset credits. In addition, they have also selected Techneos' Entryware technology to eliminate paper and printing from their on-site evaluations by conducting their on-site surveys electronically.

By using wireless handheld devices, the CES will not only be eliminating paper, but also the energy use, ink/toner and inevitable printing and re-printing that is associated with paper-based research.

We commend the Canadian Evaluation Society for taking these steps to offset the carbon footprint of their conference.
