Techneos will not share information that you provide to us with any third-party, except to forward inquiries about sales information or technical support to our authorized reseller partners.

Questionnaire files and response data that are sent to Techneos for support purposes are held in strict confidence. Data that is stored on a Techneos-hosted Entryware Server is also held in strict confidence at the Peer1 co-location facility in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and is protected by multiple levels of security, including encrypted login access and physical access controls.
